Resilience is the ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly recover from any adversity. You don’t get panic attacks or think too much about the future. People turn to their leader for comfort in times of crisis. The leader who is calm will inspire others to be calm.

Emotional balance: Stress is not something you should be able to control. They know what’s wrong with the situation.

Self-motivation: You persevere despite any obstacles to reach your long-term goals.

3. Empathy

Cognitive and emotional empathy. Your colleagues will be able to see the problem from different perspectives. Accept the questions of others to help you understand the problem. Effective communication requires cognitive empathy. This is in addition to being able to understand the feelings of the other person.

Learn how to listen. You must pay attention to what the other person is saying and take time to understand their thoughts without interrupting or interrupting their work.
