Quantity discounts are available. Please call 877-288-6657 for pricing. As a government, education or non-profit organization you may qualify for discounts ranging from 10%-25% off the list price. These discounts vary from product to product so please call Trainer's Toolchest for more information.

Rentals:
Rentals are for a five-day rental period unless otherwise stated. Two-week and 30-day rental periods are available for most of our programs, please call for pricing. Rental fees are applicable toward the product purchase price within 30 days of your rental date.

Shipping:
Our standard shipping ensures delivery in 3 to 10 business days. We also offer overnight, two-day and Saturday delivery shipping options for an additional fee. Please place your order by 1:00 PM CST for our overnight, two-day or Saturday delivery options. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Shipping rates quoted are U.S. domestic shipping rates, international shipping rates are higher.

Returns:
We know you'll be delighted with your Trainer's Toolchest purchase! If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused product in saleable condition within 30 days of your purchase date for an exchange or full refund, less shipping charges. Ship your return via an insured, traceable method.

Free Previews:
We invite you to preview the products before purchasing. Most products are available for a FREE preview for 14 business days. Full-length previews are sent via a ground delivery service. Please allow 3-10 business days. If you need the program sooner, please let us know. Please share the previews with all other decision-makers, but previews may not be used in any training activities. After you have previewed the product, please return it along with the packing slip to Trainer's Toolchest via a traceable means.
